 Ah it seems much better, not as messy looking. The light underneath is eyes is definetely much beter.

 He's cute ^^! The only thing that I would recommend a change would probably be his hair and the light below his eyes. The sheen across his hair looks too slapped on same goes to the light underneath his eyes.
