Your light source isn't consistent.

Face has sort of front lightning, body has top, legs got right-ish.

When I need a visual aid when dealing with light I draw my light source on the piece, helps keep it in check.

There are always execptions but generally you want to avoid using frontal light

Best of the lot yet, the linework is way cleaner. Only the eys still look jaggy.

Double outline is inviting banding.
