If you say you got reference of "some pic I saw" without a link, do not be suprised to see multiple people asking if it's a color reduction.
It's nicely done though lacks proper refinement and very odd in perhaps a good way - I'm not sure. :P

I posted what I think was the reference.
I think I like the shaking, it adds to the piece by making it even sillier than it was.
As you can see from the link I posted, which contains the inspiration image, it isn't a color reduction.
Now say you're sorry, please. This person obviously spent a lot of time drawing it, and your question, even though it wasn't in mal content, was still possibly insulting.
I'm not sure about the shaking. It doesn't add much to the piece, im my opinion. It still looks great though, and I think it would look even better with a background. Can you post a link to the reference image?
