 This is a cool werewolf. I like the framecount and it looks cool in the video so dont change it.

I like it. There could use a bit of lift to his legs or maybe some rollerblades on his feet because it looks like he's skating.

Very NES-esque! I agree with those who've said another frame or two would make this look better, but all the same, I love how it looks right now.

I do think you should add another couple of frames, if you wanna give yourself the extra work.  I think even one extra frame would make a big difference.

The animation is real choppy. If you're limited to 3 frames, speed them up a bit. If not, add more frames.
