The eyes are a tad small, but the main thing that bothers me is the shading on the face. It's not nearly as smooth as the shading on the hair and the clothing, especially the right side of his face bothers me with that real rough dark shade across his jaw. It reads jagged zoomed out, and although you already have 17 colors you might wanna add one as AA to smooth out the face shading. Or adjust your tones as the brightest skin highlight doesn't read too well anyways on the face.
