Yeah, I agree with Ulti in the fact you could probably get rid of the outline. I really like the detail you fit in these small sprites. I wish you did more tiles in the scene because what you show so far looks really good.
Very cool. I'm not really fond of the white outline though - it stands out too much against the sprites and in a few cases being far more noticeable than the sprite itself.
These are fantastic.
Would love to play a Lemmings-like game with these dudes.
The Colors and textures are really nice :)
