Those buildings you have in the back look pretty good. Maybe start a little smaller and  use them for something? If you start smaller, you could put even more effort and focus into things. When we are new, everything takes ages to do.

 Hm, I think you should read a few tutorials and such. One things is that there doesn't seem to be any light source coming from the torch nor is there any shadow (at least not a lot) on the body. Good luck with your next pixels though.

 I'm pretty sure you would never see that many stars if any in New York. This image is so very rough, try something far simpler after cleaning this one up. Put some effort into it
