I agree that you should at some point move on but you shouldn't give up too easily either. This has potential to be real nice without too much effort. I think the piece on it's own deserves that attention.

 I am a noob pixel artist like you. Don't remember: When you messed up your project, foget it and start to making it again and never stop unitl make it great. It always works for me.

The animation is very slow.

Finally you make a pixel that shows control. You are new to pixelart and still learning so I hope the past rejections have not be too disappointing. Keep your focus on controlling pixels and making good decisions all around. The forum is there for help and feedback with anything you need, k.

Lower the wait time between each frame. Make it less than a second for sure. Maybe even less than half a second.
