It's very nice but I would have wished for a few more transformation frames! 
I added all colors between the pixels. The two wolves have only 7 and 9 colors, and the girl 10, but are mainly composed of just 5 main colors. I suppose I could of compacted the pinks into one, but the other colors I felt were necessary for highlights like the claws and eyes.
Something about this reminds me of the old Dungeons and Dragons miniatures.
You sure you couldn't compress this down to just 7 or 8 colors? I was actually a little surprised that there were 12 colors, since the palette seemed more refined and compact than that from a glance.
Wonderful work! There is indeed a lack of female werewolves.
