Yes, I would say that this is pillow-shading. If the light source is coming from the left side of the face, shouldn't the light dominate mostly on that side? I can tell that it's supposed to be coming from almost in front of and to the left of the head, while the head is turned slightly in that direction, but without the exclamation mark I would not be able to tell.
Try to fix the shading to where the light dominates the left side of the face and shadows are cast across the right side from the nose and bridge.
Oh and when I say left or right I mean the face's left and right, not looking at it as a viewer.
