 It's nice but the shading doesn't really make sense to me. 

I always like a cartoony style. The hands are a bit strange, like he has flippers, but I still dig it.

The yellow part on his stomach seems too far to the left, making it look like a very uncomfortable stance. Aside from that, it looks great!

Nice art. For me an armor on the shoulder looks a little weird (maybe because of texture), but overall it's good.
