I think the shading would work a bit better if you thought of a lightsource and how it affected the object as a whole rather than how it affects its disparate parts. For instance, you shaded very lightly on the cup from both of the sides to meet in the middle. Why would that be the case? That doesn't help to define the form. It actually works to define the cup as more spherical than it is.
And don't be afraid to use some contrast. When you put down a color, make sure it is visible at 1x.
I made a small edit, basically just simplifying the shading of the forms, and adding a bit of contrast.

hi! first off, thanks for the critique i do appreciate it! I suppose i need to do more contrast aswell and also making the yogurt more fluid... tbh im really bad in doing lighting :( and contrasting! I duno i just feel that i'm not that confident enough to jump into different colors or i think my eyes still trying to adjust to the colors haha I'll try to edit this when im free. Thanks so much
