Good work. But i think that "ears" should be sharper. Looks like it "Bunnyman" now :).

 I think the problem is he's missing part of his jaw beneath the far chin. Nice color usage

 Batman looks a bit fat there but it looks great, well done.

 Looks more natural now, great work here!
