If they were fish wouldn't they have wierd fish women locked up? That would amuse me greatly.
Amazing color subtlety and characterizations.
heh i see ^^, well, you will be surprised to know that some snake are capable to jump really. try to think the snake part as a spring metal or something like that :) or there an example : http://youtu.be/epF4lGuP3aA or still there : http://youtu.be/ROubucRaf2U well, it's hard to find one that snake could jump really high... ^^;
Lol, how do you imagine this process? She's probably bad at jumping.
i do have one question : are you going to add that lamia as a playable character ? :D
great art! regarding games, my only advice would be to keep it small and simple. So many great indie games died from their own weight.
Great observations Ellian
Wonderful art style, I wish you good luck with your project!
It's amazing to see how you've been able to keep the whole thing ridiculously easy to read despite having so much colors and no outlines.
I look forward to see more of this!
Man, how I dig this clean style, just gorgeous. It's like everything has its own personality.
My only complaint is about the saturation on the sofa. It's not bad, but I think it could be slightly lower, at least considering the context.
Yes, this is for a game. I can't tell you when you can expect it, because it's my own project. I'm not a coder, so I'm negotiating with one. I'm new to gamedesign and storytelling, so I don't know what will it take to make something finished and self-sufficient. The global concept is rather vague, though some details are very clear. For now I'm just doing pieces I like to do and hope they'll keep together.
So many details: the fairy in the jar, the clock, the plants, the ornamental dragon heads... This is so brilliant, I hope I'll be able to play such a promissing game, if that's the purpose of this!
Amazing pixel art !
