Thanks for that. It's always nice to hear a bit of criticism every once in a while. 
I know the stone sword looks silly. I wanted to give it a weird shape and lots of texture. In game it looks fairly alright, I guess. I can definitely work with this, though. If I ever get back to working on the pack (it's been on and off for months now), I'll make sure to keep that in mind.
I have. I've got all the terrain textures done and a few other items as well.
I agree with Iceberg but other than that... I love this :D Make a full texture pack!
The iron sword's outlines are too soft in comparison with others.
Also, the stone sword looks more, erm, silly, then the wooden one. Maybe you should deform it for more rough look.
The pack is supposed to accompany an adventure map I'm working on. Production on the map is really, really slow.
