First of all thanks for your critique, I'm still new at this and every comment is welcome.
This was one of my early isometric works, and I noticed some things wrong too so I reuploaded this with some improvements. 
Nice :( I think there's something wrong with the railing on the lighthouse. I dunno but i guess it should be curved more? :o
The railing is better now, but the red stripes are no longer isometric (they still are in the preview). They don't need outlines!
Even the new railing and gallery are not really iso. Check some refs to see how they should look. The upper story should be thinner than the main trunk.
Not sure about the anim. The sea doesn't move as a solid body. It's not needed anyway as the rest of the image is still. Better make that best you can before thinking of animating!
Palette needs fixing. These colors are rather 'obvious': blue sea, green grass etc. Also neutral greys are boring. You might check this tuto.
