At first I was wondering what that swaying thing was and then I realised it was her leg. I think it's becasue there isn't a thigh connected to it so it looks as if it's floating as a separate piece.

This one isn't my faviort because of the contrast of colors, the fire mixes with the body tomuch, but the model is nice though.

Reminds me of a femaile Garland from FF1. 

 Y'know, instead of saying you're working with NES+1, you could say you're working with the original Pokemon palette. They used 4 colors, 5 including transparency.

 The NES has a 3 color plus one transparent color limit. So, assuming your black color is the transparent color and your background is black, This could actually work on an NES. Also, it has a nice castlevania feel to it. Like it!
