I like it. If just the outline and the darkest shading of the octopus were a bit darker, it would look very nice. The dark shade could be dark blue or darker purple.
i know but i was too scared on contrasting to be honest... plus i dunno what goes onto purple that well. :(( should i revise?
You're fine, it has 17 colours, the work could look better (regarding light and colour) if you made the contrast higher.
