I did notice your other 2 pieces are much better in quality so I figured it was inexperience. Fyi, this piece is getting very low votes and may not be added because of it. Even if it gets sent back you can still use it as your avvy here and keep it since it will represent your pixelling beginning and in a few months come back and remake it so you can see your own progress ;)

 I picked all colors by hand, but this is before i learned about how to use colors in pixel art, so yeah you're right. Thanks for your feedback :D

You are new to PJ and maybe to pixelart too. I think you have a crazy amount of colors on this piece and its kinda hard to imagine you hand picked all those shades. Did you use some kind of blurring or brush (instead of pencil) to create this? For example, the yellow feet are made of 10 pixels and you have 10 colors in that alone.
