I know, next time i do it better and i use max 25 colors. I know my fault but i still making in big palette :) I will take it to my heart.

There's huge redundancies in the colors here. 72 colors for a small, almost monochrome image is way over the top...with better palette control you should easily be able to achieve the same result with about 20 colors. Palette management is a cornerstone of good pixelart.
