Some things just strike me as strange in this piece. The outlines seem broken, and the lighting doesn't always look like your reference. Simba's mane is pillowshaded (which is a bit different than in your reference). There could have been an intermediate color shading on Simba in between the light and dark yellowy-brown. It just seems like, on his back, there is a sudden switch. Also, some of the feet are receiving light, and things seem a little odd, light-source wise. Out of your 3 pieces you have posted I think this may be your weakest, unfortunately.
I would advise giving this (http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299) a readthrough, if you have not already. Also, look up some lighting tutorials and see if they help. I see you are having issues with that on all of your pieces (the Moblin's upper chest is not really effected by the lightsource- his clothes should also be casting shadows, and the person's [in your mugshot] right shoulder is as bright as the left- when it should be darker.)
Sorry if I sound a little harsh, but a little c&c never hurt anybody :D Good luck with your next pixel project, and keep practicing. Perhaps try the weekly challenge next week (or even this week if you are into animating). They can be quite helpful, and quite fun.
Nope it dosn`t sound hard. Thats the reason why I postet this. To become better. And I am thankfull that you help me with that. Thanks for the critic, I will try to implement that in my next Projects.
The link is very interesting I will read it. :3
