I actually love the concept (it somehow reminds me of Turquoise's work), and the outlines are not the big deal for me (maybe because I don't know how it was before), but instead the colors.... It's hard for me to tell what's the problem exactly, but they just don't look harmonious at all. I haven't tried it here, but maybe if you changed the outline color to a lower saturation and colder hue it would be a good start. Then, AAing it would give it a nice crisp look. Well, these are just (very simple) suggestions. I still like it!
Oh, that is a really nice drawing!
Crozier is right, the pixel skill could be improved. If you are really interested in learning pixel art I suggest you take this to the WIP forum! You have a cool and unique style which is worth pushing to the limit!
That's better! I think you could refine the pollen's interior lines a little more. Try to keep the purple outline pixels from touching. Something like this-

Thank you for constructive critique. There were difficulties with outlines and colors. I think it looks better now.
Hmm... It feels like some of your lines aren't completely refined. When using pixels, every pixel has to serve a purpose, and in your piece some of the lines are 2 pixels thick, some 1, and some are mixed. It doesn't feel unified.
Plus you have some real wonky textures going on. The techno-looking tail and carapace are kind of distracting. Everything feels so random, you know?
As for color, it's all-right. Some of the colors could use a little more saturation. But the blue and purple colors are too close contrast-wise to be used effectively. Having both blue and purple on the wings is kind of pointless. And using yellow on the blue is too much contrast.
What I do like, a lot, is the antennas, the string attatched to the pollen, and the two front legs. Those are well pixeled.
It looks like a mosaic. The others are right, a bit of refining and this could be a really interesting style to explore.
Good stuff! Keep it up!
