Looks good, but I'd say what's left holding it back is the background (unnecessary in my opinion) and Scully's left arm, which should be shorter and not follow a straight path downwards.
There are still many tiny errors which appeared after enlarging it. Submitting a 1x sized version would be better.
You should note that pixel art is not square art.
And now behold my question. Why is not approved this piece??? :-/

Why is this still waiting to be approved..? Oh. I think there is an error on the flashlight. Apart from that, there might be the zooming you did on the pixels ( x3 I think?) . But personally, I don't care, it's fine like this. The style makes me think of the intro of "The IT Crowd" too.
