I just had a look at the other monkey drawing, but I like that one better.

I think it might be the high shoulders and the long arms that make it look a bit awkward to me. However of course it could just be his pose..
Also his body has too long straight lines (from the chest to his knees) which is also a bit boring. Where are the hips?

From the side it looks awesome! From the front not as great but it might work perfectly for the model.

Why is the feet position different on the two poses?
