I don't understand what you mean with semi transparent, but I didn't use any tool with making the clover other then the pentool and the colours I picked.
I'll thanks :D
Hello, and welcome to pixeljoint!
Well, I think your work, in general, would benefit with some more interesting colors and shading. It's all kind of flat and boring. The figures could have faces, and that would help in creating a bit of character. As of now, your figures look like they are in the wip stage. The edges are not all refined, in a sense that there is stray pixels and 90 degree edges on your clover.
Your "cupcake" and "digimon" are not pixelart. The use of tools like blending and gradients is not handpixeled. Also, on your clover, it looks like you have semi-transparent pixels, which is not pixelart. That is why some of your things have been rejected from entering the gallery. Your works are lacking in effort, and some aren't even officially pixel-art. Try taking a piece to the forum, where we will try our best to offer a little more personal critique.
I suggest reading these tutorials- http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299

Some key areas, that I suggest you look into, would be AA (anti alliasing) and line quality.
Alright, I have highlighted the areas of semi-transparent colors.

And also threw this into the color counter.

I don't know how this may have happened, but perhaps the opacity of your pen tool was not 100.
