Haha, well I think this could use some work. It'd be a bit of a stretch to even call this pixel art right now. If you really want to make an animated eye, I think you are perfectly capable. Just read some tutorials in the forums, and practice a bit. I have complete faith in you to come up with something that is actually recognizable. Stick with it though, I love seeing people get into pixel art.
