I actually took part in the Robotic Bogaloo, the first major update completely run by the Community. Not only i invited to provide some artwork for the update, but also worked and helped desing one of the items on it(the Megapixel Beard). this is one of two items I submitted.
Seeing how much I love TF2, it was an offer i couldn't refuse. | 
I remember being pleasantly suprised to see some pixel art amongst all the other submitted artwork for that update. You were the only person I could think of who could have produced this.
