sugarcoating is rather irelevant. feedback is already there and its up to you to acknowledge the issues on this piece. its either improve now taking said feedback into account, or leave it as it is and just roll your eyes.

might as well check for examples of these materials and how these have been protrayed in the past, because right now they look nothing like the material they're suposed to be made of.

metals, being smooth and polished, often have quite a reflective surface that has a particular amount of refraction on them, depending on both the metal and the lighting being applied to them. right now, the colors are incredibly sloppy, lazy and plain terrible.
