No problem. I think it looks much better now :)
(and yes, my version had some minor hue shifting, hehe)
Franuka: Thanks for linking to those other images, I understand what you're saying better now.
I adjusted the colors based on your helpful adjustments (mine version's a bit more monochrome compared to yours, though) and made the background transparent.
Yes! Definitely better, in my opinion. Here I pushed it even a bit further: http://i.imgur.com/uwlxriY.png
Again, the pixelling on this is great, but crystals and such tend to have much more contrast and vibrant colours:

Here are some nice pixel pieces on the gallery:

Franuka: I tried to edit the colors a bit, do you think something like these changes are better? http://i599.photobucket.com/albums/tt74/katt230/diamond_altcolors_zps25e9c5e8.png I was having a hard time deciding how dark to make things. Thanks for the critique.
This looks really nice! From this position it stays really hard to read as a diamond, but I love how you managed to give it a crystal texture even with the dithering!
Nice shapes and detail, but I think it looks a bit washed out. I'd try adding some contrast/saturation to those colours, being it a diamond.
I think it's very convincing on the surface but applying AA could probably get you a more smoother-looking gem for those who look at pixels a little more closely.
For the record, most pink diamonds aren't going to be terribly saturated, so it being washed out isn't a huge issue in that regard.
I'm not sure how well dithering fits in this situation, though. Gem facets are exceedingly flat, and dithering adds an element of roughness which I think detracts from that. I think it might also benefit from having a highlight on one of the crown facets to help establish a certain level of sparkliness.
