Although I can see how they serve a purpose to enhance the image, it just seems like placement that goes beyond human intuition when creating a piece of art. I consider these to be the mark of a program reducing colors. Especially on the cheek. -- Funny thing is, if you remove that pixel on the cheek..it actually makes the face lose a lot of shape.. but I just have a hard time believing someone would know to throw a single pixel in their to solve this problem. --- The hair is another strange issue for me. Its very lackluster compared to the rest of the image.
