Thanks everyone for the good feedback. The outline was a style choice which all objects, icons and characters adopted, although I may work on it as suggested! :)

 I agree about the outlines. But wow! This is a really amazing scenario. Loved color and forms.

Nice, looks very Zelda-ish, though I would personaly make the outline lighter and make it merge with the interior of its object just a wee bit more. And maybe brighten up the grass, but that's just personal prefference speaking.
