Wow, this looks really cool! The shading is smooth and the lines are soft. Really cool. :D
Her left arm (our right) looks broken. The elbow is a bit too low. Her stance looks incredibly off balance, she'd just topple over if she stood like that. Lastly, her hands look weird as well. It almost looks as if she has no palms, just long fingers that go into her arm. There looks like there is a bit of palm, but it's pretty small. In a few areas, most notably on the stone, the dithering looks pretty noticably random, even from completely zoomed out. This has a lot of potential, better than anything I can do. It just needs to be refined.
As i like it with smooth Dithering. Lot of colors though !
