i enjoy the simplicity of the figure. the only feedback i have is the figure's right arm (furthest from the viewer) does seem a bit shriveled.

Its not horrible. It just could be better and your goal should be to improve your art in both technique and basic art fundementals as you practice.

 thanks for the feedback , I'm not an artists and trying to learn. That's why the result looks so horrible 

 Try to be clean and precise as you pixel so you don't end up with missing pixels on the outline and have clean areas of color. Here also the arms look quite thin for the rest of the figure and the arms are very human so it looks odd.
