At this point in time it's more of a story than a game.  I've been tinkering with it for years, but so far I'm really not nearly talented enough at things like animating and stuff like that to ever create all the art assets for it single-handedly.  I'm considering doing it as a comic or even a visual novel, since it's very story-heavy.  At the moment though it mostly serves as a set of stock characters that are fun to draw, although none of them look much like they do in this old mockup anymore.

Sad to hear that there won't be a game with those wonderful graphics :'( I'm a programmer as well as "pixel artist", I would be pleased to coding with your graphics :p
