The spray at the bottom makes this NPA. It's a shame too, because this is nice.

Animation is very smooth, but the rest of it isn't really that great. But I suppose the animation is the only thing you were really going for.

*unless the corner is perfectly sharp, the shine at the edge between horizontal and vertical water should look more like blobs(possibly clustered)*the top and bottom of a waterfall tend to look much more chaotic, with the middle looking about as regular as you drew the entire waterfall in this.
* less contrast? it looks too solid and sometimes plasticy with the saturated blue + bright white.
Otherwise, everything else about it is PERFECT

It's fantastic. The butterfly is great. Although it might be better with waves on the top bit.
