I didn't know what to do for the rooftops, as I've never actually seen them. XD  I've been in the place, though...

There are streetlights:  they're not on, the light covers are yellow.  And the little thingy on the corner is a bus stop.  The entrance to the building is on the other side. 

I can't remember every exact detail cause, well, I haven't been in a while, but I did use a few reference pics off of google.  =D  Enjoy (or not, it's up to you).  XP
