Pretty much what FreshSheet said. Animating only the chest looks odd.
At the very least move the shoulders. Look at yourself in the mirror, and watch how you move when you do what you want the sprite to do. Then just imitate it here. Also, I noticed the chest does not move with the stomach, which doesn't make sense. You either breathe from your stomach or your chest, either of which will move both at the same time more or less depending on which you breathed from. If he's breathing from the chest it should swell, if not then don't swell the stomach because he's muscular and the stomach wouldn't realistically swell a noticeable amount. The chest would just swell less.
@FreshSheet
Excuse my late reply. I see your point. Would your recommend the shoulders?
@greenraven
The armor is flexible, and plated. It is supposed to show rapid, and deep breathing, to compliment the horror element. Could you please give any advice?
The animation looks too tight. The rest of the body should be moving. At the very least more than the stomach and chest. Even if you were breathing heavily the rest of your body moves. And idle animations usually have some sort of bounce or motion.
The thing on it's chest is really weird. I can't tell if that's armor, 6 boobs, or a parasite.
@FreshSheet
Thanks so much! I'll take it to the forum and see how I should improve the chest.
