This is good, but I feel like the background is too attention-grabbing. The high contrast and noise take focus away from the characters and makes the scene much harder to parse. There are a few other areas which might benefit from some cleaning up, but that's really the main thing. I have the feeling that adjusting it would be pretty easy, and the improvement would be dramatic.
