Actually he's probably not grumpy, that's just how his face looks.

This is for the weekly challenge and I pixeled it using GIMP over a few hours. I tried to keep the color count fairly low although I did allow my self quite a lot of blues. Also this is the first thing I've dithered in a while and also probably the biggest bit of pixel art I've ever made that wasn't a full tileset. It was pretty good practise. I imagine with more time I could get it looking a bit better but I'm pretty tired so that will do. ;)

It was going to be a city, (I wanted the whale to be massive), but it kinda turned out more like a strange looking crown or metal stuck in it's back. It probably would have made more sense to put a landscape on it's back or something but I was too tired to continue working on it. ;)
