My first submission to PixelJoint! This is taken from an animated "valentine" I made this year for my girlfriend, having no real experince in pixel art. (Hence the heavy all-around outlining, which I still kind of dig.) Give me all the critique you got - as a pixel n00b, I'm always looking to improve!

 One thing that really bugs me is that the first tentacle on the left looks kind of gimpy.
