Thanks, idk what the red area is, but it was in the reference (just google Savant, it should come up). The face is a Guy Fawkes mask (it's his "thing"). Any tips to improve it?

 I'm not sure if I'm reading the area below his face correctly. I suppose it is a scarf? The head in general is a little tricky to understand at first glance.
