The lighting on the left side is quite impressive in parts, but like kwigbo said, the right side does look flat. Overall I think the character design is quite ugly, as far as the way the jaw sits below the mouth. This is somewhat made up for by the nice dithering and purple lighting. I also like the work on the eye. I think the problem may have been in the line art stage, other than that its quite good!
