This is Lotiki, my original character and the main character of my comic in progress. This is definitely my best (and biggest) pixel art piece. I used a mirror and myself for reference on anathomy and shadows (though I'm not as well-shaped as she is, haha). I'm very, very satisfied with how this came out, but please leave some constructive crits if you have any! The stickers on her boobs portray Bunchies. Google it.

iSTVAN: I don't think they have a purpose. But they're pretty awesome, haha.

Pixelfish: they're made of normal stretch fabric. So it's not supposed to be very shiny, but you're right about the contrast.

Helm: I'm not really good at limiting my colour count just yet. I'll think about that. I can probably cut down on alot of colours in this one without losing the smooth shading. Actually the hand is more too short then too small (the fingers are the right length), I'll fix that. Thanks for the c&c! :)

E-Magination: Yea, pretty much. She wears pants though, but this is her casual clothing ;) If you (or anyone else) are interested in knowing more about her I have a profile with art and stuff over at my website, under characters.

Very well done. Specular highlights all working very nice. The lighting on the gloves is kinda underwhelming, and since they're so dark, it sorta seems as if they're one colour. The hand under the arm is severily too small, considering the other arm and all. Your colour count is insane, and you should practise colour conservation as a skillbuilder, regardless of whether you're making game art or not. A unified palette is a boon to any type of artwork.

Otherwise very competent work.

A fantastic piece of work. Maybe you should hit the darks a little darker on the gloves and bring some higher highlights to emphasize the velvet or latex texture, though. Right now, I'm not sure what they're made of.

Thanks, but I looked up bunchies on the internet and found them. I did some quiz on the internet that said they were wallamas, and I got confused. I love those things, funny you put them on her boobs, lol. Really nice piece, I like the hair.

Beautiful work Mirre! I love the smooth dithering on the hair, gives it such a well defined colour. You've handled the breasts better than most pixellers aswell. The face is marvellous, great expression for a fantastic character! I'm running out of adjectives so...that must mean its a favourite! ;)
