Looks like youve gone mad with the spray paint tool- which wouldnt normally be recommended in pixel art, however it sort of works here. As this is your first pixel art I'd suggest you begin small, and refine every pixel, but theres no problem with developing your own style like you have here :)

PS. I can sort of make out a woman laying belly first with her arms out stretched and bottom showing.
