Looks great! The palette position is a clever and elegant idea 
I may not be the best person to give advice on pixel art, but the way the ribs are skew looks a bit weird.
Fantastic piece, though.
I agree with Geonjaha, there's no need to upload a larger version since the site lets you zoom in.
There's a good sense of volume here, but it's lost at the helmet. I think it'd look better if the helmet curved around the head instead of being perfectly straight-on. Straight lines are easier to draw, but they look flat.
Similarly, I'd change the lines on the shield to be tilted rather than horizontal. Curviature isn't needed there, but some tilted lines might help the composition. I'd go for a 2:1 slope going up towards the right, so the lines would help the composition by leading the eye towards the head.
Very nice, but I'd recommend uploading it at the original size. This site already has +/- zoom tools, so it's nice to be able to see art at a smaller size if possible.
