I've been implemented a layed lightning system; and to finish it up I needed an animated torch to put on the walls. Now I think it's time for bed.

If you run a color checker, you'll see that there are tons of gradients that are extremely similar. This is caused by gradient effects (might have been that lighting system you mentioned) or that the program you're using is inadvertently adding colors. Its a very nice piece :)

256 colors? I count 10 for the sprite. Are you talking about the details picture?
