I think those white pixles around the creature kind of hurts your piece.

Thats a no-no. If you used a translucent brush this isnt PA

I painted in Photoshop, with translucent brush and forget that the limit its 32 colors. I had to reduce the color function...

The picture looks like hand-drawn on paper and scanned to me. Plus PJSpecs shows 32 colors.
