I don’t have much experience with RPG like tileset, so been practicing a bit over the weekend.

I know it’s not the best but yeah there is only one way to get better at it, and that is trying trying trying. so I tried.

 I love this!

It makes me think of a fusion between Pokemon Leafgreen/Firered and the world map from Super Mario World. I think adding shadows to the rest of the objects is a good idea, to keep consistency and make everything pop a little bit more. I feel like the sand/dirt area is a bit too bland, could do with some more spots of weeds or boulders. I like the shoreline, and the buildings are neat. Cute smiley face near the top :P

The cliffs wont look like they are floating if you either pud shadows on all the other objects, or you remove the shadows from the cliffs.

The cliffs looked like they're floating for me

I really like this. The color scheme you used is simply awesome - those colors are bright and vivid but not too bright.

I like it, very clean look, nice colors, and looks kind of cartoony.

If you're going to shadow one thing, you probably need to shadow all of it; it makes the cliffs stand out more and brings some depth to them, and wouldn't hurt to add it to the trees and rocks to add more realism.

Two things I notice about the cliffs; with the same pattern going up, and matching each section, it hurts the feeling of depth.  If you look at something like a Zelda game-A Link to the Past-you'll see there are two patterns going up, which can help to offset the 'tiled' feeling, and makes having two levels of tiles easier to display.  Also, the clifftop on the left is two tiles wide, while the base is only one tile wide.

Otherise, looks excellent, wish I could get tiles that clean and recognizable.

You could make the cliffs look a little less flat by softening the base where they meet the ground. It currently meets the ground with the darker zig-zag pattern making the cliffs look like it bulges out right at the base and doesn't smoothly rise from the ground. I think that shadow around the cliff is great. Maybe add some shadows to the other objects like that lonely boulder and the clump of three trees?

Overall, the scene is easy to read and I like the color choices on the grass, dirt, and water. Keep going!

Looks nice, like a simpler version of Pokemon. I think the clifs look a bit flat, possible because you cannot see the top of the taller one.
