Totally awesome, especially background, I really like the way that you're drawing backgrounds *.*
Really loving this. But I think the colours are the reason this piece didn't get more attention. It's very flat at the moment, which is a hame, becaue there's a lot of cool pixelling an artistry behind this.
Great work with background and lights of distant vehicless. Of course the foreground is awesome too ;)
I love the cars and the dithering in the background, and the retro ambience looks great. Perhaps it would need more antialiasing (like the top of the police car or the arm of the man pointing upwards) but looks nice and I like it.
COOL! I wanna make one like this.. But still so difficult for me
