This is a character race called a Pantherian from the RPG that I am working on. The character is based on the combination of Lion/Man. The sprite you see at the top of this piece is the overall design of a Pantherian. The one below is a particular bad character from the story.
I know I could of done this character with less colours but I was too lazy.
